Our Duties & Responsibilities

Once appointed, Regent Property Services will carry out the following:

Register the rules and regulations, of the condominium within 14 days of the appointment of the administrator.

Execute all the decisions taken by the owners in a general meeting.

Ensure the observance of the rules and regulations.

The administrator will be empowered to perform all acts of administrator, and is bound to undertake obligations on behalf of the association.

Manage insurance for the common areas.

Open and administer a bank account in the association’s name where all contributions will be deposited, and any ordinary expenses withdrawn from.

Present a chart of accounts at the general meeting, or upon request.

Preserve the common parts by ensuring regular cleaning and execute any required maintenance, seek the most advantageous conditions, reasonably obtained for the benefit of all owners.

The administrator shall also call for a general and extra ordinary meetings, chair all meetings and keep the minute’s of the meetings.

Affix a notice board in the common area entrance displaying any notices: decisions, as well as the administrator contact numbers and information.

Keep all records concerning the condominium association including minutes of meeting, and any notices that were fixed on the notice board etc.
